Oregon County Sheriff - Arrest/Release

On 09/14/2026, Douglas County Sheriff's arrested 44 year-old Samantha Woolbright-Holloway of West Plains, MO on an Oregon County felony warrant for passing bad checks. She was released on 09/14/2026 on a $500 cash bond. 

On 09/15/2026, Oregon County Sheriff's Office arrested 43-year-old Cindy Davis of West Plains, MO on an existing Failure to Appear warrant for possession of controlled substance and criminal mischief. She was release on a $10,000 corporate surety bond.

On 09/15/2026, Oregon County Sheriff's Office arrested 34-year-old Fabbian Bertholoemey of Alton, MO for domestic assault 3rd degree. He was released 09/16/2026 on $10,000 corporate surety bond. 

On 09/15/2026, Oregon County Sheriff's Office arrested 53-year-old Shannon Butler of West Plains, MO for domestic assault 3rd degree. He was released 09/16/2026 on $5,000 corporate surety bond. 

On 09/18/2026, Oregon County Sheriff's Office arrested 42-year-old Elizabeth Meskimen of Thayer, MO on an existing Oregon County warrant for 6 counts of felony endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk 1st degree.  She was released 09/20/2026 on a $25,000 corporate surety bond. 

On 09/18/2026, Thayer Police Department arrested 35-year-old Michael Fuller of Thayer, MO on an existing Oregon County felony warrant for 1st degree sexual abuse. He is currently being held at the Thayer Police Department Jail awaiting transfer to the Oregon County Detention Center. 

On 09/20/2026, Oregon County Sheriff's Office arrested 63-year-old Ricky Deaton of Thayer, MO on attempted burglary 1st degree and armed criminal action.
